Here is a Free Recipe for my Fans and Friends:
| Wang Dang Chicken Wangs |
| 2 lbs. Chicken Wings | 1/2 teaspoon Pepper |
| 1 teaspoon Season All | 1/2 teaspoon Celery Seeds/Salt |
| 1 teaspoon Onion powder | 1/4 cup Milk |
| 1 teaspoon Garlic powder | 1 cup Flour |
| 1 pinch Chinese Five Spices | 2 cups Crisco |
Rinse and drain chicken wings. In large bowl, add wings, milk, and seasonings. Let sit for
15 minutes so flavor settles. Preheat a cast iron skillet. Add Crisco over very low heat.
In a separate bowl add flour (and maybe some additional seasonings). Coat wings one at a
time in flour and drop in skillet. Cook 12 minutes on each side until golden brown. After
wings are done, put in covered pan and drain for 1 minute. Serve with hot sauce.
